Editorial Policy

ProductivityRadar.com publishes practical guides and reviews to help managers use AI tools effectively. Here’s how we operate.

Who Runs This Site

Productivity Radar is an independent publication. We’re not owned by or affiliated with any AI company, software vendor, or corporate parent. Our recommendations are our own.

How We Create Content

Every article goes through the same process:

  1. We identify topics based on what managers actually search for and ask about
  2. We research tools by using them, not just reading press releases
  3. We write drafts with AI assistance, then edit extensively for accuracy, clarity, and voice
  4. We fact-check claims, verify pricing, and confirm features before publishing
  5. We update articles when tools change or information becomes outdated

AI helps us write faster. It doesn’t decide what we say.

How We Make Recommendations

When we recommend a tool, it’s because we think it solves a real problem for managers. We don’t accept payment for positive reviews. We don’t let companies approve content before publication.

Our reviews are based on:

  • Actual use of the product
  • How well it fits typical manager workflows
  • Value relative to cost
  • Reliability and support quality

If a tool has problems, we say so.

Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support the site.

Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial judgment. We recommend tools we’d use ourselves, whether or not there’s an affiliate program. Many tools we cover have no affiliate program at all.

Corrections

We make mistakes. When we do, we fix them promptly and note significant corrections at the top of affected articles. If you spot an error, contact us at hello@productivityradar.com.
